A client counts in a month when Zuki is working for them: they're enrolled in a service, they owe you money, or they paid you that month. Everyone else on your list is free, and you can add as many as you like.

Everything keeps working. You just can't enrol more clients until you move up a size, and your price moves to the next step. You can change size any time in the app.

Both include every everyday feature and grow with your client count. Pro adds a team of up to 3 with roles, more storage and bigger files, issuing receipts later, a custom receipt design, and an account manager.

Yes. Zuki is free for up to 20 active clients, with no card needed. Move to a paid plan only when you grow.

Yes. Move between plans any time. Paying yearly saves you about 15% compared with paying monthly.

No. And if you're short on time, we'll set up your account and bring your clients over for you, free.

3.5% when a client pays you through Zuki - one all-in, VAT-inclusive rate, the same on every plan and on every card. Card processing, currency conversion and international cards all come out of that; nothing is added on top. Example: on a €100 payment the fee is €3.50, so you receive €96.50 and your client pays €100. Zuki Pay becomes available once you complete payment onboarding (a short identity and bank-account check).

No. Turn it on for the services you want it on. Anything your clients pay you the way they always have - cash, bank transfer, Revolut - carries no Zuki fee, and Zuki still tracks and confirms it. Your own bank's charges, if any, are unaffected.

To your own bank account, in your currency, with your business name on your client's card statement. Payouts follow the payout schedule confirmed when you complete payment onboarding.
